Depart towards Peterborough on the A605. Turn off through Warmington at the roundabout (with a Greggs). In Warmington, pass the church and turn right at the crossroads by the school, towards Morborne. Follow the Morborne Road up the hill, keep on it past the fork. The destination at the bottom of a steep hill after a sharp right.

To avoid disturbance to our neighbours, please drop off and collect at the farm entrance at the bottom. If you are late and we know you are coming, drive up the track to the farm houses and we will meet you there.
The road is a single track lane with passing places. When dropping off please depart promptly. If waiting to collect, there are a couple of passing places within sight of the farm entrance, or you can park on the verge outside America Farm Cottage (box hedge on the lane)
