Scouts

Scouts are aged between 10 1/2 and 14 1/2 years old. Scouts meet in a group called a Troop and for activities and games the Troop is split into Patrols led by older Scouts called Patrol Leaders (PL) and Assistant Patrol Leaders (APL). All Patrols are supported by an older Scout called a Senior Patrol Leader (SPL).

The Scouts programme enables them to earn Activity badges and Challenge badges leading to the highest award for Scouts – the Chief Scout Gold Award.

Scout Uniform

Scouts wear teal shirts with navy activity trousers. 2nd Oundle Group scarf is scarlet with a black border and is provided by the group when the Scout is invested.
